Weddings, galas and corporate receptions
We are available for private weddings on the Palm, family-office galas in Downtown Dubai, corporate receptions in DIFC and brand events along Dubai Marina. Our international repertoire is shaped around the guests and the mood of each event.
International logistics, local coordination
Travel via Dubai International (DXB), concert-standard backline shipped or sourced locally, and advance coordination with the venue's technical team and event lead. PA and lighting are agreed with the venue; a complete system can be included on request at additional cost, quoted in the proposal.

Burj Al Arab
We performed here on New Year's Eve 2024. In a property of this category, load-in, setup windows and volume limits run entirely through the in-house technical team — we plan with the lead time that requires.
High-rise ballroom
Receptions on upper floors: equipment travels only by service lift within a fixed window, with set floor-load and volume limits. Line-up and gear follow the load-in route.
Waterfront beach club
An open setting with wind on the vocal microphones and salt air around the equipment. Power runs off our own distribution, and outdoor music has a fixed curfew.
Desert resort and camp
A build with no fixed infrastructure: generator power, dust protection for the gear and long transport routes. The schedule accounts for the temperature drop after sunset.
Resort garden and pool deck
An open area without walls, where sound disappears upwards. We cover the area evenly instead of loudly and keep stage volume low via in-ears.

Is Gemini Music available in Dubai?
Yes. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah are within our booking area for weddings, corporate galas and private events. Travel, production and scheduling are quoted in the proposal.
How early should we book for Dubai?
For the October–April peak season, we recommend confirming 9–18 months ahead. Shorter notice is possible depending on availability.
Do you handle international logistics?
Yes. We coordinate travel, concert-standard backline, in-ear monitoring and our own FOH sound engineer. PA and lighting are agreed with the venue; we can bring the complete system on request at additional cost, quoted in the proposal.
