SWISS A350 launch, hangar at Zurich Airport: for the launch of the new SWISS Airbus A350 we performed in a hangar at Zurich Airport. The client was Aroma Event Agency — we were part of a full production with its own direction. A hangar is an acoustically extreme space: high ceilings, hard surfaces, long reverb. That calls for controlled stage volume, in-ear monitoring and a sound engineer who tunes the mix to the room — plus timing that fits the agency's running order and cues. FIFA Zurich — three formats over several years: for FIFA, headquartered in Zurich, we have been on stage several times over the years — in three very different kinds of event. At the New Year's kickoffs in a ballroom we accompanied the start of the year: speeches, programme items and transitions are planned to the minute, the band comes in exactly on cue and then carries the evening onto the dance floor. At the summer party on the headquarters grounds we played open air — a different world from the ballroom: weather, power supply and volume towards the surroundings shape the planning. And at the X-TRA Zurich we played in an event hall whose size and acoustics set their own demands on the PA and the mix. Three formats for the same client — ballroom, open air and hall. That is the real proof: not a single appearance, but an ongoing client relationship proven across different kinds of event.

Frequently asked
How much does a live band in Zurich cost?
In Zurich, a professional live band costs around CHF 4'200 to 23'000 depending on line-up and playing time (around €4,500 to €25,000 net). Entry level is a small line-up — for example two musicians or two singers with a DJ — from around CHF 4'200. Travel and accommodation are listed transparently in the proposal.
Do you play corporate events and product launches?
Yes. The range spans the product launch in a hangar, the year kickoff in a ballroom, the summer party open air and the event hall. We align line-up and running order with speeches, programme items and cues.
Can you play in halls and hangars?
Yes. Large, hard rooms require controlled stage volume, in-ear monitoring and our own sound engineer tuning the mix to the room — as at the SWISS A350 launch in the hangar at Zurich Airport.
How large is the line-up?
Standard is 7 to 10 musicians. For apéro and dinner we offer smaller acoustic duo or trio line-ups; on request we add horns or combine band and DJ.
Do you also play the apéro and dinner?
Yes. For apéro and dinner we play discreetly in a reduced line-up, followed by the full band for the dance floor — all from one source.
Do you bring sound and lights?
We bring concert-standard backline, in-ear monitoring and our own sound engineer. Room PA and stage lighting are coordinated with the venue or production. On request we bring the complete system — listed in the proposal.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes. For the SWISS A350 launch, Aroma Event Agency was our client. We fit into the direction, running order and cues of an existing production and coordinate technical setup and timing directly with the agency.
