After dinner the full band takes over: soul, funk, charts and party classics in rising waves, so the dance floor is already full before midnight.

Countdown to the second
We agree the midnight running order with the venue in advance — timing, announcement, champagne service and the house programme. The band counts down live and lands the first song of the new year exactly on the stroke of twelve.

After midnight
The transition into the new year is the emotional core of the night. It is followed by the strongest set of the evening — and, on request, a seamless handover to a DJ until the very end.

The classic ball in a grand hotel: gala dinner, dance floor, midnight in the ballroom. We work with banqueting and in-house technicians to their schedule, volume limits and load-in windows.
Corporate New Year's Eve
Companies celebrating the new year with their team, clients or partners. Speeches and a look back have their place in the running order — our sound engineer handles microphones and playback.
Private New Year's Eve
The celebration in a villa, a residence or on your own estate. Here we clarify power, space and neighbours early, so the night works without compromise.
Destination New Year's Eve
The turn of the year abroad — by the sea, in a desert city or at a resort. Travel, equipment and coordination with the local venue are handled by one team.

Duo or trio
Acoustic and elegant for reception and aperitif, or for smaller private gatherings.
Full band: 7–10 musicians

On request we add DJs, dancers or a VJ from our pool of 30 to 50 artists — coordinated as one programme.
Planning & lead time
December 31st is the most requested date of the year. It only exists once, and every band can only give it away once. If you want a specific line-up for New Year's Eve, enquire early.
For a binding quote we need the venue, the guest count and a rough idea of the running order. Within 24 hours you receive availability and a quote. We then agree the exact midnight sequence with you and the venue.

How much does a New Year's Eve band cost?
Around €3,000 to €25,000 net, depending on line-up and playing time. Entry level is a duo from around €3,000, or a duo with DJ from around €4,000; the full line-up goes up to €25,000. Travel and accommodation are shown transparently in the quote. New Year's Eve is the most requested date of the year — an early enquiry secures your preferred line-up.
How does the countdown at midnight work?
We agree the running order with you and the venue in advance. The band counts down live and plays the first song of the new year exactly on the stroke of twelve. If the venue plans its own midnight programme, we time the countdown to it.
Does the band provide fireworks?
No, fireworks and pyrotechnics are not part of our service. If your venue plans fireworks, we time the countdown and the transition into the new year to their programme.
How long does the band play on New Year's Eve?
Playing time follows your running order — from the reception until well after midnight. For very long nights we recommend the combination of band and DJ with a seamless handover.
Do you play New Year's Eve abroad?
Yes. We have played New Year's Eve at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai and at the Robinson Club in the Algarve. Travel and equipment for destination events are handled by one team.
Does the band bring sound and lighting?
We bring concert-grade backline, in-ear monitoring and our own sound engineer. Room sound and stage lighting are coordinated with the venue or production. On request we bring the complete system — priced in the quote.
