Dancers and choreography
Our dancers work with choreographies matched to the band's setlist. This can be a dedicated show block in the running order — for an opening or before the dance-floor phase — or continuous integration into the live set.
Visuals, VJ and LED
Our VJ plays visuals tailored to the show rather than generic loops. We coordinate in advance with venue technicians and production on the LED or projection equipment available. If no suitable screen technology is on site, Gemini Music can bring its own LED wall on request — itemised in the quote.
DJ
The DJ covers the time before the performance, the breaks and after the live set — with seamless transitions from live to DJ and back, so the evening never breaks.
Vocalists
With 10 vocalists in the pool, we cast to suit occasion, language and repertoire — from a solo at the reception to multi-part vocals in the party set.
Percussion and horns
Percussion and horns extend the band with drive and colour. Percussion sets also work as a programme item of their own for reception and dinner.
Scaling
From acoustic duo to large-scale production: the pool grows with the event. At major events up to 40 artists have already performed on a single day — on one stage or across several areas. One example: a product presentation in Berlin in front of more than 2,000 guests.
For productions and agencies
Alongside our core — performing as Gemini Music — we additionally provide individual artists and complete line-ups for productions and agencies, including formats that do not run as a band performance, such as product presentations, corporate shows or stage programmes. Contact, coordination and handling remain centralised through Gemini Music.
Two examples: for the presentation of the new Thermomix at Estrel Berlin, we delivered a vocal act with a rehearsed stage show as part of an event agency's overall production — the client was the production agency, not the end customer. At SAP Sapphire in Madrid, our performance followed immediately after the CEO keynote. In both cases, the overall production and its direction sat with the agency or the client: we aligned with their running order, timing and cues and integrated our contributions precisely into the existing staging.

How many artists are in the pool?
Our artist pool comprises more than 50 artists — including 10 vocalists and 20 instrumentalists, plus DJs, VJs, dancers and percussionists.
Can dancers be added to the band?
Yes. Choreographies are matched to the band's setlist — as a dedicated show block or integrated throughout the live set.
Are the visuals tailored to our event?
Yes. Our VJ tailors the visuals to the show rather than playing generic loops. Integration is agreed in advance with venue technicians and production.
Can several formats be played on one day or on several stages?
Yes. We scale from acoustic duo to large production. At major events up to 40 artists have already performed on a single day.
Do the artists perform as Gemini Music or as external providers?
As standard, all artists perform as Gemini Music — one contract, one contact, one performance under one name, instead of coordinating several trades separately.
Do you also provide individual artists for our own production?
Yes, as an additional service: for productions and agencies we provide individual artists or complete line-ups — such as a vocal act with a rehearsed stage show, or a performance integrated into the existing direction, as at SAP Sapphire in Madrid immediately after the CEO keynote. Contact, coordination and handling remain centralised through Gemini Music.
Can you supply the LED wall?
Yes. If no suitable screen technology is on site, Gemini Music can bring its own LED wall on request. It is itemised in the quote.
How much does a show act cost in addition to the band?
We price show acts according to format, playing time and stage situation and list them separately in the quote. We answer an enquiry with date, venue and guest count within 24 hours.
Who coordinates the artists on the day?
We do. You have one contact who coordinates the running order, cues and transitions of all artists with you and the production — from briefing to the final set.
Do the show acts bring their own equipment?
We bring concert-grade backline, in-ear monitoring and our own sound engineer. Room sound and stage lighting are coordinated with the venue or production. On request we bring the complete system — priced in the quote. For the VJ we additionally coordinate with the venue's or production's existing video and media technology.
