Working with show control and agency

We work to your run-of-show. Cues, host hand-overs and playback are agreed in advance with show control, agency or production so every transition lands — from management's walk-in to the first song after the official part. Our own sound engineer is the direct contact for the in-house technicians.

For a kick-off event, a professional live band typically ranges from around €2,600 to €25,000 net, depending on line-up and playing time. Entry level is a duo from around €2,600, or a duo with DJ from around €3,800; the full line-up goes up to €25,000. Travel and accommodation are shown transparently in the quote.

How early do we need to enquire for January?

The earlier, the wider the choice of dates. With date, venue and guest count you receive a binding quote within 24 hours and know whether your date is available.

Can you play walk-in music for speakers?

Yes. Walk-in music, jingles and musical accents for awards are part of the kick-off format. We agree the cues with you in advance.

Do you work with our show control?

Yes. We work to your run-of-show and agree cues and host hand-overs in advance with show control, agency or production.

How big is the line-up?

From an acoustic duo to a full band of 7 to 10 musicians. On request we add DJ, dancers or VJ from our artist pool.

Do you bring sound and lighting?

We bring concert-standard backline, in-ear monitoring and our own sound engineer. PA and stage lighting are coordinated with the venue or production. On request we bring the complete system — we calculate this in the quote.
