What agencies get
Rider and stage plan up front
Technical rider, stage plan and power requirements are on the table before the event day — early enough for changes to still fit the production schedule instead of being sorted out during load-in.
Our own FOH engineer
Gemini Music travels with its own FOH sound engineer. He knows the material, mixes the show and gives the house crew a single point of contact for everything around the live act.
Backline and in-ear monitoring
Concert-standard backline and in-ear monitoring are standard. That keeps the stage quiet, the sound check short and the level in the room predictable.
Discipline on the cue list
Fixed entries, defined end points, no encore on a whim. If the set ends after 22 minutes, it ends after 22 minutes — because a speech, a film or the handover to the DJ follows.
Slotting into existing direction
Overall production stays with the agency. Gemini Music makes no directional claims of its own; it takes over running order, cues and MC handovers exactly as the production defines them.
Multilingual sets
The repertoire covers English, German, Italian, Spanish and French material. The set list follows the guest profile, announcements come in English or German.
Scalable line-up
From a duo, through a duo with DJ, up to a band of around 10 musicians. Stage footprint, power draw and changeover time are documented for every option, while your contact stays the same.
Aligned with house crew and production management
Level agreements, changeover times, power routing and monitoring are settled straight with the house crew and production management — so the agency never has to carry information back and forth.
Equipment: what Gemini Music supplies, what the venue supplies
Concert-standard backline, in-ear monitoring and our own FOH sound engineer are standard and included in every quote. PA, room sound and lighting are usually provided by the organiser or the venue; Gemini Music coordinates on those points with the house crew.
On request Gemini Music supplies the complete system for an additional fee — itemised in the quote, so the line stays unambiguous in your budget. Which of the two options applies is clear before technical coordination starts, rather than something to negotiate during load-in.
How a collaboration runs
01
Briefing
You send date, venue, running order and the role the live act plays in the evening. The more concrete the production status, the more reliable the answer.
02
Quote within 24 hours
The quote arrives inside 24 hours: line-up, playing time, technical scope, travel and accommodation — itemised so you can carry it straight into your own budget.
03
Rider and stage plan
Once confirmed, technical rider, stage plan and power requirements go to you as well as to the house crew. Stage footprint, power routing and the load-in window follow from those documents.
04
Technical coordination
Our FOH engineer settles PA, monitoring, levels and interfaces together with the house crew and production management. Open points get resolved there, never on the event day.
05
Sound check inside the production window
Load-in and sound check happen in the window the production defines — even a tight one. After that the stage is free for the run-through.
06
Running order on the night
The performance follows the cue list: entries on signal, MC handovers as agreed, handover to the DJ or the next programme element without a gap.
From agency productions
On the evenings below, overall production sat with an agency or an in-house production department; the client of Gemini Music was the agency, never the brand named in the project.
- Bentley product presentation at the Peppermint Pavillon Hannover
- SWISS A350 launch in the hangar at Zurich Airport — overall production by Aroma Event Agency
- Thermomix launch at the Estrel Berlin — overall production by Einfall GmbH, vocal act with a rehearsed show, more than 2,000 guests
- ISM Opening Night for Kölnmesse
- Audi A1 launch gala in Barcelona
Price range
Entry level is a duo from around €2,600, or a duo with DJ from around €3,800; the full line-up goes up to €25,000 net. That range applies across the whole site, rather than being negotiated per client.
Travel and accommodation are excluded from those figures. Both appear as separate, transparent lines in the quote, so you can pass them on to your client cleanly.
Frequently asked
How quickly does a quote arrive?
Within 24 hours of the briefing. It covers line-up, playing time, technical scope plus travel and accommodation as separate lines — in a form you can carry straight into your own budget.
Do you bring equipment?
We bring concert-standard backline, in-ear monitoring and our own FOH sound engineer. PA, room sound and lighting are usually provided by the organiser or the venue — we coordinate on those with the house crew. On request we supply the complete system for an additional fee; that is itemised in the quote.
Do you slot into an existing direction?
Yes, in agency productions that is the norm. On the SWISS A350 launch, overall production sat with Aroma Event Agency; on the Thermomix launch at the Estrel Berlin it sat with Einfall GmbH. We take over the running order, cue list and MC handovers of the existing production and make no directional claims of our own.
Which languages do you sing in?
English and German form the core of the repertoire, joined by Italian, Spanish and French material. The set list follows the guest profile; announcements come in English or German.
How large is the line-up?
From a duo, through a duo with DJ, up to a band of around 10 musicians. Room, stage footprint and the role of the live act in the running order decide the size; stage plan and power requirements exist for every option.
Do you work under our name, or as a subcontractor?
At its own shows, Gemini Music performs as Gemini Music. Beyond that, the company also supplies line-ups into third-party productions, drawing on a pool of 30 to 50 artists. How the act is billed and communicated on the night is agreed with you before the production.
